2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are discovered, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on rb555 is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are:

  • Bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank)

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact support.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Funds will be returned via the same method used for the original deposit.

Please note: Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. A copy of a valid national ID card or passport may be required for verification.

3.3 Third-Party Payments

Deposits or withdrawals using a payment account registered in someone else's name are not permitted. If a third-party payment is detected, the transaction will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

  • ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
  • ৳12,000 or more deposit → bonus capped at ৳8,000 → total balance ৳20,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in wagers must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Warning: If bonus abuse or multiple accounts are used to claim bonuses, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

  • Each bonus offer applies once per customer, household, address, or device.
  • Wagering must be completed before the bonus expires.
  • rb555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
  • Bonuses cannot be converted to cash.

5 VIP Program

5.1 Tier Structure

The rb555 VIP program has 5 tiers. The tiers and their weekly cashback rates are listed below:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

5.2 Tier Progression

Tiers are upgraded automatically based on your gaming activity and engagement on the platform. rb555 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits or the tier structure at any time.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rb555:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
  • Colluding with other members to manipulate outcomes against the platform.
  • Transacting with funds from illegal sources (money laundering).
  • Allowing another person to use your account.
  • Deliberately exploiting technical errors on the platform.
  • Providing false identity or information.
  • Harassing, intimidating, or behaving inappropriately toward other members.
Consequences: Violation of these rules may result in permanent account closure without prior warning and forfeiture of any balance.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the rb555 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and designs — is our intellectual property. Reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials for commercial purposes without prior permission is not allowed.
